  Requirements to participate in the program:

  1. Homes must be at least $400,000

  2. Must have Buyer's Agency Agreement with us

  3. Must initially get pre-approved with one of our preferred lenders (You can eventually use who ever you want)

  4. Submit a $495 deposit that is refundable when you eventually buy a home with us.

  5. You get 10 home tours. Any additional tours require a $50 non-refundable fee.
